Senior Labor Relations Advisor
Position Responsibilities:
In this role your main accountabilities will include:
- Providing sound, pragmatic advice and guidance to the business on employee relations matters, including the interpretation and application of industrial instruments,
- Take carriage of and provide advice and guidance to the business on the management of disputes and workplace issues,
- Co-ordinate and assist in the planning, preparation and management of any collective contracts negotiations,
- Support management in their dealings with employee representative bodies,
- Lead and support business transformation/change projects,
- Liaison with internal legal counsel for the drafting of Employment/Industrial documentation,
- Drive, coordinate and administer the organisation’s consultative forums,

Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Prepares compliance and technical reports to meet Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements
- Acts as primary site interface with regulatory agencies
- Prepares and submits permit applications

Procurement Field Representative – Poland
Position Responsibilities:
- Monitor emergent offload/overload suppliers including outside processors, machine shopand sheet metal shop to ensure schedule compliance and product conformity.
- Identify, establish and maintain priorities for deliveries of products, services and data thatsupport necessary supplier contractual corrective actions and resolution of issues (e.g. poor schedule performance, product and producibility issues) to ensure contractual compliance.
- Communicate across functions (e.g., procurement agents, suppliers, internal customers, field quality, engineering, manufacturing) to report status and concerns.
- Co-facilitate with the supplier and procurement agent the development of a recovery plan and unplanned demand requirements.

Structural & Payload Design Specialist – Boeing Defense & Space
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports BDS technical leadership in development of SoW, technical mentoring, project planning, execution and monitoring,
- Develops, integrates and documents structural and interior payload system requirements to establish the system design.
- Develops, maintains and modifies structural and interior payload system and component designs, using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and/or other design methods, to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
