Projects Leader R&D
Your responsibilities
In our quickly developing Research & Development Center you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of the Short- to Mid-term Workload Plan
- Management of the Long-term Capacity Plan
- Reporting of the status of the projects and operations in monthly reporting meetings (Turbines, Compressors, Engine Integration, Aero & Thermal, other)
- Preparation and control of KPI’s and Power BI dashboards
- Development and digitalization of Projects, Time Management and Workload Management tools and systems
- SAEP R&D Focal Point for coordination and agreement of the Forecasts of work between international teams
- Support to individual Working Units regarding project management, tracking and reporting
- Building project management culture and timeline orientation mindset within the organization
Requirements

Your responsibilities
- Mechanical design of the aircraft engine parts
- Preparation of 2D and 3D technical documentation using Catia V5

- Recommendation and conceptual definition of the manufacturing process of the designed parts

Junior Mechanical Engineer
Your responsibilities
- Create and analyse Stiffness models of the Engine.
- Analyse clearance closure for static and Thermal loading using in-house tools
- Define tools that can automate post-processing tasks.

- Participate in the overall design of the engine at all phases, from concept to entry into service.

Thermal Engineer
Your responsibilities
- Aero & Thermal Team of Research & Development Centre of Safran Aircraft Engines Poland has a wide spectrum of responsibility, projects, tools and methods used which will allow for your continuous long-term development.
- The team has responsibility for the thermal design of the engine: from individual part through engine systems integration (Core & SAS, Turbine, Compressor, Externals) for all engine components.
- Successful candidates will participate in thermal design of existing and next generation engine architectures intended for civil aircraft. Working in close collaboration with an international group of experts including aerodynamic, aeroacoustics and mechanical engineering. As well as the teams responsible for integration of the modules.
- You will support the Life Cycle of the Engine from early schemes to chosen design to test validation and including in service support.
- Perform technical / CFD analyses in support of next generation Engine development using technical expertise in the area of responsibility.
- Participate in the overall design of the engine at all phases, from concept to design through production and including monitoring of engines in service.
