Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Marketing Manager of a global company with European Headquarters located in Warsaw, the ideal candidate will be willing to work in various disciplines of marketing in a dual brand organization in close contact with international markets/dealers & a globally located commercial team. Candidate`s major responsibilities will be including below but not limited to:
- Works closely with the direct sales team & dealers; supporting them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with the necessary marketing materials.
- Takes key responsibility in execution of direct & distributor marketing activities including exhibitions, product launches, open day events, dealer conferences, etc.
- Supports Marketing Manager in creation & maintenance of the marketing literature and various assets in multiple languages – brochures, product videos and other content.
- Ensures all developed marketing material is efficiently distributed to all point of sales & dealers.
- Keeps brand websites & mobile applications fresh and continuously updates with newly developed material.
- Supports Marketing Manager in preparation of editorials & content for various events and customer job stories.
- Prepares English & Polish write-ups/articles to be utilized in company newsletter, website & social media.
- Proposes initiatives to create additional value in department deliverables including digital & field marketing and takes responsibility in execution.
- Builds relationships with business partners to implement and execute marketing activities events as necessary with the leadership of the marketing manager.
- Coordinates with third party suppliers such as printing houses, merchandise manufacturers, etc. for restocking of assets.

Our requirements
- Experience: 3-7 years experience in Marketing; ideally in B2B and in a multinational organization
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Higher
- Language Skills: Polish as Native Language Highly proficient in English language (C1 or above) French and/or German as an additional language is preference
