Technical Support Specialist
- Hands on mechanic/engineering experience in rotary wing or fixed wing operations, and/or AME/ LAME (Aircraft maintenance engineer / mechanic / technician) in civil or military environment is beneficial.
- Technical Diploma or equivalent experience and endorsement with a formal aviation maintenance qualification.
- Relevant experience in the Aviation Industry and in a Technical Support Role.
- Exposure to one or more of the following; S92, AS332 series, AW139 and AW189 A/C is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- EASA Part-66 AML (Aircraft Maintenance License) with TR (Type rating) Desirable.
- Good customer service skills and experienced with communicating to vendors and OEM’s as needed to resolve AOG matters.
- Strong computer skills including Excel and experience with electronic maintenance documentation systems such as SAP or AMOS.
- Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written English communication
- Excellent collaborative problem solving skills with an ability to implement solutions
